The new Transit Custom Trail series features rugged design but also has different drivetrain configurations to offer enhanced traction to support operators whose work takes them off the beaten track. Models with manual transmission feature a Limited Slip Differential, helping to reduce wheelspin on low grip surfaces by sending power to the wheel with the most traction.

Panel Van and Double-Cab-In-Van bodystyles are available, along with two wheelbase options. Featuring additional black cladding around the front and rear lower bumpers and side panels, along with a large matte black grille with oversized 'Ford' lettering and unique alloy wheel design, Custom Trail has a commanding presence. Versatility can be increased through specifying roof rails and running boards.
