Coronavirus - Covid-19: A message from Stuart Foulds, Chairman & CEO 25th-March-2020.

We must play our own part in protecting the most vulnerable in our society and make sure that front line services are able to function in the days and weeks ahead.

In light of the State of Guernsey’s announcement we have temporarily closed the majority of our business until further notice.

To keep those key workers on the road, we have vehicles available in place to support you or if your vehicle is currently in our workshop please contact the following TrustFord colleagues and we will do everything we can to help.

Coronavirus - Covid-19: A message from Stuart Foulds, Chairman & CEO 16th-March-2020.

TrustFord is taking the spread of Coronavirus extremely seriously.  Our business is open as usual but, as you’d expect, our number one priority remains the well being and safety of our customers and colleagues.

We are following Government advice and all teams are adhering to stringent daily actions including frequent handwashing, careful vehicle preparation and increased cleaning of our offices, showrooms and workshops. 

Strict guidelines for fourteen day self-isolation have been in place for some time for staff returning from high risk countries and for those who may have been in close contact with an affected individual.  Anyone with a high temperature or with flu-like symptoms is asked to remain at home and self-isolate for fourteen days.
If you are coming in to purchase a vehicle or to have it serviced please don’t be surprised to see hand sanitisers in the showroom or if you see colleagues wearing disposable gloves.  If you have come in for a test drive or to pick up your new vehicle you’ll notice changes to our normal processes – these have been adapted in respect of everyone’s personal space.
Please note that in addition to our usual rigorous cleaning process, your key controls - including steering wheel, indicator & wiper stalks, gear lever & door handles – will all be wiped prior to handover. 
We will continue to monitor the situation and respond to the official daily advice.  In the meantime, please continue to trust us to drive the standard in customer care in everything we do for you.
